Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged product.

• You received the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Returned with all accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, and intellectual property reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged:

• Downloadable or digital products

• Magic tutorial videos

• Instructional books once opened

• Secret gimmicks that have been used

• Customized products

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos immediately.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Include your order number and photographs.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchange Policy

We will replace products that are:

• Defective

• Damaged during transit

• Incorrectly shipped

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
