• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available for selected products. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and the selected shipping method.

• Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days

• South India: 3–6 business days

• Rest of India: 4–8 business days

• Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us by the courier. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Share your order number along with clear photographs of the package and the damaged item(s).

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

International Orders

For international shipments:
